
LAURA NAN PEETE
Laura Nan Peete is a New York–based talent manager and arts leader known for aligning artistic vision with real opportunity and long-term career strategy. With over a decade of leadership across nonprofit and commercial theatre, she has built a reputation for helping artists move with clarity, leverage, and purpose.
She is the Founder of Premier Creative Agency (PCA), representing artists, writers, and creative leaders navigating complex institutional and producing environments. Her approach is informed by years spent inside those systems—shaping seasons, negotiating contracts, line producing major productions, and understanding how decisions are made at the highest levels.

Previously, as Associate Artistic Director at Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS), she helped guide artistic strategy across a $10+ million producing budget, line produced mainstage and commercial work, served as Casting Director, and founded flagship talent development programs including the TUTS Pre-Professional Company and the Texas All-State High School Musical.

Her career spans producing, casting, education, negotiation, and executive leadership—allowing her to connect authentically with artists while navigating institutions with confidence and influence.
Laura holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Business from Millikin University. She is a Telly Award–winning director and serves on the NAMT Frank Young Fund Panel and the Arts at Millikin Advisory Council.
